After a long day at work, juggling patients, people, and everything in between, I often squeeze in a quick gym session before heading home. By the time I’m through the door, that sweet tooth starts whispering.


But here’s the thing… I don’t want to undo a day of good choices. When you’re focused on health, energy, and weight-loss goals, balance is everything.


That’s exactly why I love this smoothie bowl. It feels like dessert, looks like café-art, but is built like a balanced meal — high in protein, packed with nutrients, and genuinely satisfying.

    A balanced meal replacement with plant-based protein, 25 vitamins & minerals, and a smooth, naturally sweet taste.

  • 🥛 Herbalife Protein Drink Mix (PDM – Vanilla)

  • 🍌 ½ frozen banana
